Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, we require that you record a detailed video of the unboxing process immediately after receiving your package. This is necessary to document the condition of the item as it was received.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused or unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
