Ordering & Payment
When you place an order on Xporto, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Our available payment methods include:

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order details. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please reach out to us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible. In cases where we can stop your order in time, you may incur a small cancellation fee.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or special promotions, processing times may be extended by an additional 2-3 business days due to high demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping & Transit Time
We offer standard shipping for all products:
- Transit Time: 6 - 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Our transit time may vary based on your location and factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues. Xporto is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.
Important Note: Any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Return & Exchange Policy
Xporto is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please read the return requirements carefully:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Any returned item must include all components, such as manuals and accessories.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@xporto.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include all original materials.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided by our team.

Return Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund within 10-14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that any shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
